What is the delivery time?
Usual delivery times are 3 to 5 working days.
Are there any shipping costs associated with the order?
Delivery is free in France and the European Union, with no minimum purchase amount.

How can I see the status of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you should receive an automatic email with tracking information. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us at contact@anthese-manufacture.com mentioning your order number.
Has my order been taken into account?
When your order is validated, you will receive your order form with your tracking number by email. We advise you to check your junk mail, our email may be hidden there. Please contact us at the following address: contact@anthese-manufacture.com if you have not received an email.
What should I do if I don't receive my tracking number?

What should I do if my order is defective?
Please take a photo of your order and send it to contact@anthese-manufacture.com within 24 hours, indicating your order number. We will take care of replacing your order.
What are the conditions for making a return?
If the product does not meet your expectations or if you have changed your mind, you have the possibility to return it to us within 30 days of receipt, provided that it is in its original packaging. The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned product. Please note that any opened or altered product will not be refunded.

What are your payment methods?
We offer you the possibility to pay for your order via a range of secure online payment methods, including Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, ShopPay, American Express and Apple Pay.
How do I use my coupon or discount code?
Our promotional codes are not automatically applied to orders. They must be entered manually during the checkout process in the section dedicated to applying the discount code. Please check your order carefully before finalizing the purchase, it should be noted that only one discount code can be used at a time.
Can I use multiple coupons or discount codes at once?
We only accept one coupon or promotional code per transaction.
How do I use my gift card?
You can use your gift card during the checkout process, at the final step on the "payment method" page. Simply fill in the "gift card" box with your gift card number. The corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your order.
Can I use my gift card multiple times?
Indeed, as long as your card balance is not completely exhausted, you can continue to use it to make purchases.

How to test Anthèse fragrances?
We offer for sale our Discovery Box including the three fragrances of our collection. By placing an order, you will receive a discount voucher of a value equivalent to that of the discovery box valid for 30 days from the purchase of the Discovery Box. The discount voucher is to be used when purchasing your next 100ml perfume.
Are Anthèse eau de parfums made from natural ingredients?
Yes, our eau de parfums are mainly composed of natural ingredients, with a minimum proportion of 82%.
Do perfumes contain alcohol?
Yes, our perfumes are formulated from naturally derived alcohol.
How long does perfume last once opened?
There is no limit to its use. With time and maturation, the fragrance can potentially become more intense. The color can also evolve, without presenting any risk for its use.
What are the best practices for effectively preserving my perfume?
Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and keep it away from heat.
